Mitchell C - Shattered

This image is called Shattered, of course, after the broken glass. I took this picture with my 6D camera body and 27-70mm 2.8 lens near my dad's work. I like the scale, the lines, symmetry, and perspective and even the hues and contrast that I added in post-production. Because it is such a simple subject, I am not sure what I would change about it looking back, but I am very happy with how it turned out!

This is a cool looking image. The angle you took the image at really adds a lot it specially since it is such a simple subject. The editing done is great. I can't find anything wrong with this.

This photo is very cool! I love the detail of the shattered glass in the windows. It is very simple but very cool at the same time. I also love how it is black and white. Overall, great photo!- HHS MB

I really like this image I think it has a nice exposure to highlight the different shades of blacks, whites, and grays. The focus is sharp and the cracks and shatters in the windows are greatly visible. The difference in dark vs. light areas is also greatly represented within this image! Overall, I like this image and it looks like it could be a movie shot poster.

Wow! I love this picture and the detail in the glass. I think making it black and white was a great choice- and I love the contrast between the reflection, sky, and glass. The exposure and detail is just amazing. So good!

This picture is really cool. I like how some of the glass is very nice looking and some of the glass is in really bad shape. I like the leading lines and how the photo is in black and white. I would turn down the exposure a little bit because some of the glass squares are too bright in my opinion. Overall, I really like the picture.

This picture is really cool! There is a very good balance of dark and light areas especially the dark windows. I like your choice of making the photo black and white. I think that it really helps you concentrate on the broken glass itself and gives the picture a sophisticated look. I think adding the hues and contrast really added to the picture, highlighting the contrast between the light and dark areas even more. The lighting and precise dark color really give the building (especially the windows) a sharp focus. Great job on the picture! I really like it!
