Trey D- Countryside

The title of the image is “ countryside “. I took this last weekend in the country at my granddads house. I took it with my phone. I simply added some filters, contrast and rises the brightness a little.

Ryan F- Eyes on Horizons

The title of this image is “Eyes on Horizons.” It was taken on the hill by Ashely Furniture in Hoover on August 23, 2016. It was taken with my Kodak Z990. I edited it by cleaning up the image and removing certain things like an “Ashley Furniture” sign and a car or two, and I also messed with the lighting and cold to make it more dramatic. It could be better if the whole picture was just a little bit more crisp.

Bella M- Germany

This photo was taken in Nuremberg, Germany in late May with a Canon Rebel t3i. I edited this by cooling the picture down, bumping up the contrast, adding a bit of fade, and messing with the color balance. This could be better if you could see more street and the people went as much of a distraction.

Dayne M-Sailing

The title of my selected image is “Sailing” and this picture was taken over the summer at Navy Pier in Chicago. It was taken with a Nikon D5500. I edited this image by bumping up the vibrance and brightness. I also selectively adjusted the color balance. It could be better if the sailboat wasn’t sailing out of the picture and if the details of the boat were more vibrant. Overall, I really enjoy the calmness and color tone of the picture.

I really did not do much to this image but brighten it up and take a little bit of color away. This could be better if it wasn’t that grainy, yet I like it.

Brody G- Lion

The title of the image I selected is “Lion.” This photo was taken last year on the zoo field trip. It was taken with my sony a6000. To edit it I just played with the contrast and put a nik filter on it. It could be better if the shadow on its face wasn’t there. Overall I really like this photo:):):):):)
