Zach B. - Life
This is a photo that I had when I was working on the site assignment and ended up not using. I saw some potential in the photo and it even led me to my decision for my AP portfolio. For editing I burned the entire photo and brightened the center of the leaves and a portion of the sky. I only wanted key points of the photo to stick out and that is why I focused on the leaves and their veins. I guess the only thing I don’t really like about this photo would be the amount of blank blue space.

I really love this photo, no lie. The lighting works well, especially with the light interior of the leaves, and you did an amazing job with the burning of the leaf edges. I think the color is bright and vivid, with a certain amount of pop that lends to the energy I feel from this photo. This photo is fun and bright, and I think the blue blank space does well to contrast with the green and the details in the leaves themselves. All-in-all, an amazing photo!

I love this photo. I like how you made the entire background the blue color. It is very sharp and looks like it could be used as a wallpaper or cover. The lighting really enhances the leave's veins. It's like simple, yet creative. Looks good!
I really like this photo. I could totally see this being used as a print. I like the contrast between the blue and green. I also like how you can see a lot of details throughout the leaves. This photo stands out a lot. Good Job!
