Sophia C- Lonely Bird

The title of the image is Lonely Bird. It was taken after Chirtmans last year in Bellville, Illinois. It was taken with my Nikon D3500 Camera. I used this image for the site image assignment. I edited by first turning the whole picture black and white. Then adjusted the tone of the picture. Afterwards, I used the selection tool to select the bird. I took the Black and white filter off the bird and bumped up the vibrance and saturation. The image could have been better if i could have gotten closer to the bird or less trees were in the way. If the background wasn’t as dull to give the image more life.

I love the focus of the picture and how the bird contrasts its surroundings. I think the bird is entered really well and I overall just really like the picture.

I really like how this picture is black and white and the bird in this image is colored it makes the viewer focus more on it. I wish that you would of removed the trees and made the bird stand out by itself. But great picture.
