Jerusha K- Pretty Smile

I took the picture Pretty Smiles in early August in the band room stairwell in the afternoon. I took this photo with my Canon Rebel T7i with a 75-300mm lens. To edit this photo, I messed with the levels to make the photo darker and more contrasted. I also selected the background and made it darker so the photo wouldn’t look off. I could’ve made this photo better if I used a better and warmer filter and blurred the background even more.

I really like this image! I like photographs that incorporates more than one image. If I could make any critiques, I noticed that the focal point is on the pant leg rather than and any one of the subjects faces. Sometimes that happens, but it makes the important parts of the image out of focus. Also, I feel like you could have add additional depth, vibrance, and contrast in this images to make it stand out and more visually appealing. The composition is nice but I think some adjustments in Photoshop or Lightroom would really amp up this image!
