Low light, this picture was taken at the mall at night. The camera was a Nikon D3200. I edited this image by removing extra light to make him the subject instead of a bunch of lights.

This is a nice image. I think the lighting on his face is good but the lighting around him is a little uneven. I would either brighten all of him or darken him. I like the idea of what you were going for but I think you could have shown it better. Over all it is a fine image just could be better.
