Merit O -Lost In The Stars

The title of this image is Lost In The Stars. I took these two pictures the same night up at Bluff Park about 2 weeks ago. I took them with my canon rebel T5. I edited the two pictures by merging them together, bringing the stars out, adding a purple tint around the middle, and using the sponge tool to blend it out. Overall I like the outcome of the image but I think I could have shaped his figure more.

This picture is really cool! I really like the lighting in the picture. I like how the light is soft, but it also highlights the person in the picture. It is cool how the light sort of highlights the shape of the person. There is definitely a good comparison between the light and dark areas. I like how the picture is darker, but there is just enough light to make the picture interesting. The lighting definitely adds detail (stars). I also really like the purple tint around the middle. It adds color to the picture and makes it more interesting without overpowering the details. I really like this picture and I think you did an amazing job!

I really like this photo. I like the glow that is kinda surrounding the person. I think it could have been better if you did something to bring out the person a little more since he almost blend into the background a little.

I think the framing of this picture is very good. Just enough for the stars and the silhouette of the model. The image feels almost mystic in that it's as if he is standing on a cliff next to an abyss. I think you did a great job on this image and maybe you could retake it and see if there is anything you can do with the camera settings before going into photoshop. - Jack J HHS
