Mollie E- "Prism"

This image is entitled “Prism” and was taken in Springville back in early November with my Nikon d3400 camera. I edited this image using the color Efex filter in Photoshop and then again using the silver Efex pro filter. After getting the two copies of this image, I made a triangle selection from to color image and moved it over to the black and white image. I then added a stroke line around the triangle and set it to overlay to better separate the two images. Overall I really like the way this image turned out and there isn’t much I would do to change it.

Mollie, you are so amazing. This picture is so cool. I love how the colored side and the black and white side both look so good. The image looks so soft and very calming. I don't know of anything you could do to make it better.
I love this picture! I think the way the colors blend into the black and white is really amazing. Just the vibrancy of the colors in general are really pretty. I really like how you incorporated the color into the black and white picture in a way that looks natural. Great job!

this is such a cool picture!!! I really like how the lake is black and white and how the triangle is colorful! its a really nice touch. I don't know if its just me but I see two small line like the top left corner, they could possibly be removed it would nice, but idk maybe its just me noticing the small things. but I really love this picture!! good job.

This picture is so aesthetically pleasing and creative. Water reflections are my favorite thing to take photos of. I love your idea to make the lake black and white and then add some color in there by including the prism. This is very creative and beautiful and I love it.
Shapes! I love this photo, I tend to do some photos like this from time to time and I always love how they come out, but you took them to another level! I love the center piece of color in this photo which makes it really stand out! Good job Mollie!

it kind of gives me a Pink-Floyd kind of vibe; minus the rainbow of course. I also like how you added a vertical vignette to the photo, blending well with the black and white!!! I really enjoy this photo.
This image is just so interesting and cool that I cant even describe it. The calm glow it gives off is just so cool. It pairs so well with the black and white of the second photo. The mix of colors inside the triangle is my personal favorite. I have no idea how you came up with the idea to create this picture, but I bet you're proud of how it looks. Great job!
