Faye M- Neon Daydreams
The title of my image is “Neon Daydreams” taken at the beginning of October in the studio at school. It was taken with the Canon Eos Rebel t6. The original image had blue light on the left and red on the right, so I knew I wanted to play with the colors, but maintain a deep amount of contrast to highlight the nooks and crannies in the face. I used the Color Efex Pro 4 filter with an increase in contrast, specifically the dark contrasts, and used the Structure function in the Viveza filter. I also used an overlay layer to deepen the shadows and accentuate the highlights. I’m not sure how it could be better, but I now it could be, so any constructive criticism would be helpful because this could be apart of my AP Portfolio.

I think the color saturation in this picture looks awesome! I love that you can obviously see the distinguished sides of where blue light was on you versus red light. I think the color effect looks awesome, it's how I imagine it'd be like using neon lights and the effect looks really nice. Also the white's in your eye look really nice. I like the highlights on your cupids bow, lips and nose bridge. Overall I think this picture is really nice and I think you have strong editing techniques. Great job!
