Katie H - Bubbles

The title of my image is Bubbles. This picture was taken during the summer down at the beach in the pool. This picture was taken with my phone. I edited it by adding a Nik collection filter and by messing with the saturation, contrast, color, and highlights/shadows. I think it would have been better if it was taken with a real underwater camera other than my phone.

I love the shallow depth of field, with all the bubbles in the forefront and very sharp and in focus. There is a definite motion to be seen in the bubbles as they move towards the top of the frame. This photo almost makes me feel melancholy, not exactly sad, but distant. I think it's the deep blues and slanted movement. Overall, an amazing photo!

I love the colors of this image. I think it is really cool how the blues/turquoises contrast and make the bubble pop. I also really like how the bubble are focused on the right side of the image. Overall great picture, good job!

I really like this photo and all the detail you can see. I like how it gives you a different perspective of a water photo. I think the contrast gives it depth. Overall I think this is a really aesthetic photo. Good Job!

This is a really cool photo! I love that you get the image of what the bubbles look like underwater and I love that! I like the intensities of the colors from the bubbles to the background! It looks like some natural glare was in the photo as well which compliments it even more. Ana amazing job!

I really like this picture because the level of light works for this picture. The Focus is really good in this picture, many of the bubbles are in focus. I also like the sharpness that the bubbles have. I think the dark vs. the light areas are just right because in both the areas the bubbles are perfectly visible. Looking at this picture I started thinking of the ocean. It is a really good picture and I would keep it.
