Sydney B- A Flower in Contrast

This image is called A Flower in Contrast because of the contrast between the flower in the background and the stem and the leaves. To edit this image I began by editing the brightness, contrast, vibrance, and saturation. I also adjusted the curves and added several black and white layers (at different times) and i also adjusted the layers. Overall I love this image, although i do which that the area that i made the color more prominent blended in with the tips of the petals a little bit better.

This is a great picture. I love how the red stands out against the gray/black in the background. I also like how the edges of the flower are darker and as you move in towards the center its gets brighter, almost like there is more life closer to the stem of the flower.

This is really cool. I love how the one flower is in focus. I also love the cool colors in the picture. The almost black and white background is good, too. It gives kind of an eerie feeling.

I really enjoy the lighting of this picture! the of center of the flower really adds to the drama of this image. I really love the cooling feel from this picture also. Great Job!

I really like this picture! I like how the flowers look like they're dying but they are also still so much alive. I like how the picture looks old and vintage. I like this a lot!
