The title of this image is Jagywer. This photo was taken at the zoo when we went on a field trip to the zoo last year. This photo was taken with my Nikon D5100. Edited this photo by adding more contrast. I think the photo turned out really well and I don’t know what I could have done to make it better.

I absolutely love this! It seems like it could be featured in an animal magazine. I particularly like the dark color scheme. The only suggestion I have is to try and lighten up the face a bit more to make it stand out a bit more, but aside from that, it looks amazing!

This is a really strong photo, Anna! The focus on the jaguar’s face draws the viewer in, and the details in its eyes and whiskers stand out beautifully. The added contrast definitely helps the pattern on its coat pop against the greenery in the background.
If you wanted to experiment more, you could try slightly adjusting the depth of field so the background blurs a little more—this would make the jaguar stand out even stronger. Another idea could be to brighten the highlights just a touch to bring out more light in the eyes. But overall, the photo already looks professional and powerful, and your editing choices enhanced it really well.
