MERIT O- Pose

The name of this picture is Pose. I took the picture downtown about a month ago. I used my canon rebel T5 to take the picture. I edited the image by making it black and white then I took the exposure down a little bit. I also took the contrast up a lot then messed around with the highlights, shadows, blacks, and whites. I think it could be better if I shot at a different time so the background wasn't so bright, but I’m happy with how the overall picture came out.

the picture is very nice. the lighting is profuse and the focus is adequate. the picture is good but you may have wanted to crop out the nasty shoelace.

This image looks really good. I like how you put it in black and white really brings the image together. I like how the background has a blend of things that make up a city such as tall buildings and cars out on the street. I do agree with taking the picture at a different time to avoid a bright background, I think having the entire background being buildings would have been cool as well. Over all this image is really nice and looks amazing.

I really like this image especially the lighting. I love the way his shirt blends in with the sky above him and the comfort in his pose. Very nice. - Jack J HHS

I love the photo. It reminds me of something you would see in Vogue. The black and white filter really makes the photo feel more mature and darker. I also like how it's just a hair blurry. Something about that just gives it an edgy tone. Nice job!

I really like this image! I think it's a nice dramatic shot in black and white that has its own unique exposure. I love how it has a bit of blur to the image as well it really adds the dramatic effect. I also think that going with black and white makes it stand out more and I do agree that a different time of the day would have made it even better, but overall, it's an amazing photo and looks like something out of a movie!
