Dalton Crain - Tanks

The title of this image is “Tanks”, it was taken at Sloss Furnaces in December. I took it with my Canon Rebel T1I. I edited by turning it black and white and increasing the contrast and grain. I think it could’ve been taken at a little bit better angle, but overall I’m pretty happy with this image.

I really like this picture! The angle of the image make the structures seem taller than what they appear to be. It also makes the viewer appear to place themselves at the location. The focus of the subjects and by making the picture black and white makes the picture more detailed and realistic which compliments each other well.

I really like how the image turned out. I like how you made the tanks took different sizes even though they are the all the same size. I like how you made the picture black and white. I also like how you basically made the sky white which makes the tanks bright so all the attention goes on the tanks. Great Job overall.

I really like this picture. The angle and the crop are really nice. I think the black and white really makes the photo what it is. This looks like a piece that you wold hang across a wall in a studio apartment with exposed brick lol. the only thing i would change is the amount of noise. I think some noise is good but i would use a little less. Overall its a really great image.
