Abby W- Lexie
This is an image I took in the studio of Hoover High School of Lexie. To edit it, I turned the image to black and white and smoothed the skin by adding a gaussian blur. I then added a mask layer to the blur and erased the eyes, mouth, around the nose, and hair. I then cropped slightly. I then used the paintbrush tool to outline around her face and main facial features to create a emerging face. I liked the simpleness of the design yet interesting lines that draw one through the image.

I really like this picture. The drawing over the face is very abstract esc and makes a good black and white image more unique and intriguing. I love the black and white but I wonder what something like this would look like in color, might just e something to try one day! Overall I wouldn't change anything because it is great as it is.

This is awesome! I really like that it's a formal picture but has the addition of hand done lines. It reminds me of the scribble sines in music videos. I also really like that it makes the face seem like it has another layer on top of it. I think that you could have made the line a little thicker to try and get rid of the pixelated look in some places and give it more of a free hand look. I also really like the softness that the skin has from the Gaussian blur.

I really this picture and the way it came out. I like how you made the picture black and white I would have done the same. I like the outline it looks really nice and makes the picture better. I like how you did the blurring that was good. I do agree with the person above that I would have made the line just a little thicker. But overall this is really good!
