Danielle M - Bukowski
I took this image with my Nikon D5100; it’s called “Bukowski”. This is an image of something I did for my AP English class. I interpreted Charles Bukowski’s “The Laughing Heart” poem into a series of images that I took and combined into a composite. I took the background in Homewood, the flowers at the Botanical Gardens, and the hands come from my boyfriend. I like this image a lot even though it didn’t take a ton of time, so I feel like one of the ways I could make this better is if I spent more time on it.

I love this! I love the different pieces that all go together! Overall the only thing I would change is the opacity of the pink roses. Other than that good job!!! -Emily R HHS
I love how many different images come together to create this masterpiece. The whole image is colorful, and the flowers look very nice . It adds a vintage look. I love composites and this one is very goo.
I like this picture I love the colors it all bring. The image is very colorful and I like how you added the quotes in there. I agree with the person above where they said it like a vintage look which it is. Very nice composite.
I really love how different and unique this image is! The colors are stunning and the various images are combined beautifully making it seems very well put together. I love the quote and how you took this interpretation of yours and turned it into a form of art. This picture is very stand-outish and really pops off the screen to grab people's attention. Overall I really love it, great job!

I love these type of composite. This one has so man types of photos that you know don't belong to each other, but its just the right amount to where it works almost perfectly. I love all of the color popping in this image. You did such a great job on it. You say if you had spent more time on it, that you would be able to make it better, but I disagree. Just think maybe if you kept running with it, it could of taken away from the photo it is now. Be proud of this one, its really cool!
