Abby W- Connor

This is an image of Connor the Cheetah from the Birmingham Zoo. To edit this photo, I increased the contrast dramatically and increased the warmth to bring out the tones in the fur. I also used the sharpen tool to bring out the detail in his face. I added multiple photo filters to create the coloring of his fur and the overall image; balancing it between cooling filters and warming filters. I think this image could be better if I would have had a tripod to take the image, too reduce the shake and noice that you can see in his fur and spots.

I love this picture so much. I love how you darkened the area around the cheetah. I think it adds a great dramatic effect and that it is just an amazing picture.

I really love this image. I love the way you have the head cropped and just the head. I also love the lighting in the picture, it really works with the colors of the Cheetah. I think it was a good idea to bring out the warmth in the fur. I would definitely keep this image, it would be great to have in an office or room.

This image is amazing. I understand the struggle of getting a very clear image at the Birmingham Zoo when you don't have a tripod, but you did a great job of capturing the dramatic lighting and detail in the fur. Good job!

I really enjoy this photo! It is clean and simple but it's also really powerful. The composition of this photo is perfect having the Cheetah perfectly centered in the photo. The lighting is also really good, having the background blacked out and having some vignette to the photo really makes it pop. Super clear photo as well. Overall, a very good photo! - Landon H. HHS

This is a very good photo! The focus on the cheetah is perfect and it is sharp so you can see all of the details. I really like how the color of the cheetah is shown and the spots really come out. I really like this photo. The photo is kind of sad though because the cheetah looks really down, probably because it is held in captivity for its whole life. I would call this a keeper though and would hang it on a wall.

I really like this picture! I like the lighting it has on the cheetah-like right towards it. I like how you sharpen the photo which is good because you can see the small details it has. I like the tripod idea not bad I would have done the small but honestly, I can't see the small shakiness it has but the overall great job!
