Raven H ~ Rugged Rose

This image is titled Rugged Rose. I took this image on the field trip to earth born pottery. The only editing I did was to sharpen the curves in the stamp and scratches on the wooden table. I really love this picture because of the detail and earthy feel.I think it would’ve been better if the details ere even sharper and the table wasn’t as blue toned.

Great photo! I love this picture makes a very earth type detail it has to it. I love the rose and how it set on a wooden table. I love what you have done to the picture if it was me I would have done the same to it. The colors of the rose make it look good in the photo. The wooden type is really nice as well and by sharping it make it look better. I do agree with you about not being so blue. Other then that nice picture!

I like the way you edited this mage, I do like the rugged earthy details in the pottery and on the table. It looks very raw. I really think that making the table darker or yes giving it a different tone would give most of the attention back to the flower pottery in this image. But overall it looks great!

Nice picture! I like the exposure and how it has a dark shadow but the rose can be seen easily. The saturation works to help the image seem natural and show textures. Overall, I would hang this on the wall because it has a nice calm aesthetic to it.

Cool pic! I really like the rustic feel that it gives off. I also like how the rose is centered with the stick on the table; it's a good addition to the pic. Also, I like the table background and how is compliments the pottery's color and design. Overall, I think you did a good job of editing this and using what you had. Keep up the good work! - Heath M - HHS

Nice picture! I like the earthy and rustic feel it gives off. The exposure is nice in this because it makes the shadows around the rose stand out a bit more. I also like the way the wooden table looks with all the scratches giving the picture a raw and earthy vibe. I actually like the blue tone of the table because it makes it look a little more antique looking. Overall, I think you did a good job.
