Heath M- Split

The title of this image is called “Split.” In this composite image the legs were taken downtown during another photo assignment and the background image was taken in the preserve at around sunset during the spring. This picture was taken with my Canon EOS 40D. I edited this picture by using the composite, straightening, adjusting, and cropping tools. I believe that this picture could be better if the sections of the legs that I cut out and moved where farther apart and possibly smaller

I've actually only ever seen this before once on this photoblog and the other version was nowhere close to as good as this one. The way you push the divided pieces to the side and make it harder to depict the picture is awesome and it looks amazing. - Cullen Steele

I like the colors and the concept but the bottom of the feet could be blended more to look more natural.

Cool picture! I think it's really creative yet simple. The colors in the background blend nicely with the white on the pants and shoes. I've never seen a picture like this before and I like how it looks. Overall, I think you did a great job.

Cool Pic! I think the idea of putting a composite on this sun set is cool but I don't think that Davids legs are the best thing to put there. Although i do like that the fore ground you put in is in focus compared to the background. Overall I would say its a keeper but it has the potential to . become one with a different foreground.

I really like the two pictures that you used and the editing on both but I agree that they don't fit together very well. The legs look really cool and the sunset is beautiful. overall i like the pictures more separately than together.

I really like these two photos and especially the sunset one and how it turn out to be. I do agree with you f the legs were smaller. Maybe even another background for the legs instead of the sunset. I do like how both of the pictures are well focused. Overall great job!

I really like these two photos. the sunset in the background makes the splits more noticeable. I agree with your comment on the legs. both pictures were very focused. Great job!
