Caroline M- The Lakes

The title of this image is The Lakes. It was taken in early November of 2023 at Camp Springville with a Nikon D3300. I took the guy standing and layered it and made it have a blurred effect. I used the color balance to change the colors and I added contrast. I wish that the lake was a more blue color and that the grass was less harsh.

I really like this pic, it looks really cool! I love how you blurry the guy in the corner to make it look like that, and I also like the contrast of colors in the image. One thing I would do is probably make a copy of the picture, and add a black and white filter, I think it will look good that way. The picture looks good just the way it is though, nice job!

Impressive work! I love how you edited the colors of this image! I would love to see how you continue to work with this style of photography! It feels very folky- almost like an indie album cover. I would've liked to see this image be more purposefully balanced, however.

This photo has a good combination of relaxing but at the same time creepy with the person having a blurred effect and it looks like there's something big in the water. I also like how you can still see the water splashed in the air. I agree with the water needing to be more blue and I would like to see the camera turned a little more to the left so most of the focus would be on the person.

I think this picture is pretty creative, but I think the filter/color is a little harsh, and I also like the blur on the person in the photo.
