This image was taken on my porch during a sunny rain. I changed the grass to purple and the sky is light but I made everything else darker including the sky some. I thought it made it creepier. I did it for the site image assignment but I took the picture a good bit before that. I do like it but wish I had a bit more detail on some parts.

I love this image because it feels so cozy and hazy. I like the lack of saturation and that the whole image isn't entirely dark. The purple and green undertones complement each other very well, and honestly I would've voted this photo for the site image if the text didn't feel so different to the overall vibe. I would've made the text white or grey and put it along the fence. It just doesn't fit with the image, but I love the photo itself.
I really like this picture, I love the muted colors and spooky feel to the image. I like how defined the string lights look and the contrast of lightness in the background. I would have taken out the purple words at the top of the image or changed the color. I don't think that shade of purple compliments the image. I know that it's hard to find colors that work for dark images like this. Over all great work and I would love to see more like this.
