Shae M- Suffocation

The title of my image is “Suffocation”. I took this photo on October 23rd at Star Lake with my Nikon D3500. I wanted this photo to show how suffocating it can feel to live with anxiety. I edited it by raising the contrast and changing the photo to black and white. I also played with the levels to bring out the pure whites and blacks in the photos to give it a more suffocating and dark feel. I also adjusted the brightness so you could see the features in the photos, but I made sure it was not too bright. I think it could be better if some minor imperfections such as hairs and rips in the bag were fixed. I also would have liked to crop it differently. Overall, I was happy with the results of this image.

I love this photo! I really like how you adjusted the contrast in the image. I also really admire the idea behind this image, I think you did a great job at displaying this emotion. The only thing I would change would be to adjust the cropping slightly. Good job!

I really like this picture and how the bag really shows the message of the picture. I also really like how it is black and white. I think that if it was zoomed in a little less would be a little better.

I like the message behind this photo. I like that it's black and white and I actually like the minor imperfections. I do agree with what you said about the cropping though.
