Sophia C- Lemon Water

The title of this image is Lemon Water. It was taken on my front porch for the circle assignment, in the fall. I captured this image with my Nikon D3500. I edited it by increasing the contrast of the entire image which added detail to the ice cubes. Then I selected the lemon and increased the brightness and saturation to make it stand out. I think this image could have been better if the background had more colors and the overall image was brighter. Overall, though I am very pleased with the end result.

This picture is really cool! I like the use of color in this picture, especially how the colors sort of contrast. It really brings your attention to the cup itself and the details of the cup and lemon. I also like how the cup/lemon are in a sharp focus in the center and the background is blurred. It brings the viewers' attention to the cup and the lines and shapes on the cup and the lemon. Overall, I really like this picture and the use of color, the only thing I would say to improve would be to crop the image a little more.

I really like this picture. I love the distortion of the background a Love the vibrant colors. the blue undertones
look really good, while looking at it I can feel that it's cold. Great image.

I like the neutral lighting of the area, it is not too dark or not too bright either. I think the lighting helps draw attention to the lemon water. I also like how the background is blurred, it brings more focus to the main subject of the lemon water in the end. Overall I really like this image, even though it's simple, everything works very smoothly togather.
