Shae M- Hands of an Author

The title of my image is “Hands of an Author”. I chose this title because I really like the composition of the image, and that was the feeling I got from the image. I took this photo in September in my living room for the hands and feet assignment. I took this with my Nikon D3500. I edited it by adding contrast, changed up the brightness, and spot healing a few parts. It could be better if it was a bit brighter and more focused. Overall, I’m really happy with how this image turned out.

I love the composition of the hands and the notebook. It really fills up the frame. The saturation really makes the details in the hands pop out. The lighting compliments the models skin tone. The shadows from this light draws attention to the details in the hand.

I like this image and the definition/ sharpness. The soft background adds a good very of depth. The hands also are well kept and they aline with the description of what a write hands look like.

The colors and contrast of the image is done very well. The image is very sharp and has a great deal of detail. The image could be slightly brighter, but the contrasts between the light and dark areas help. Overall this is a really cool image, good job!
