Abigail P - Flowers

The title of this picture is Flowers. I took the picture in a field behind the Riverchase Elementary School a few weeks ago in October. I took the picture with my Canon Rebel T7. I actually didn’t do much to edit this picture. I brought up the saturation in the flowers to bring out their colors. I also brightened up the picture a little bit because it was kind of dark. I cropped the picture to bring more of the focus to the model and the flowers because there was a lot of extra space in the original picture. The only thing I think I would have changed would have been to position my model at a different angle to reduce a lot of the shadows in the picture.

I think the idea of this image is creative and I agree that moving the model would help with the shadows. My only critique is that the cropping makes the image feel boxed in and a single colored bouquet would aid in contrast or matching. Overall I think this image has potential.

Wow, I really like this image. The flowers really compliment the female model and the overall idea of the picture. If you could change, I would either blur the background in camera or in post-production, or maybe even place the model against a wall or plain background to make her pop. Also, I probably would have removed the watch! Otherwise it was really good!
