I took this picture of Flower for the challenge 1 assignment. I took it at the Botanical Gardens with my camera. I didn’t do any editing to this photo but I would have probably edited the saturation and the contrast. I really like this image and enjoyed going to the garden to do the assignment.

Very nice picture! The focus of the flower is really nice and sharp and you have just the right amount of background to keep the flower as the central focus with a nice green background. I really enjoy the yellow tone and glow it seems to emit due to the contrast. This is definitely a picture I would have as a background or a framed portrait.
I really like this photo. I love the contrast between the warm and cool colors with the warm colored flower and the cool colored leaves. I like how the flower is centered. I think that this photo could have been a little more interesting if you took it from a lower angle so that you could see more than just the top of the flower. I like how the sun is hitting the petals though. Overall, I really like this photo and it would look pretty hanging on a wall.

I really love this image! I think the natural exposure of lighting from the sun makes the image look edited uniquely. It has a soft color range of yellows, greens, and orange. I would have added a bit more contrast, but other than that, I think the image is definitely a keeper!
