Jerusha K- Piccolo

This image is a composite from our last project and I have combined some piccolo photos that I took in the band room with Mr. Rigsby’s camera. I used the pictures from another assignment. I duplicated the corner pics to be mirroring each other and I added a hand heart silhouette on the actual body of the piccolo. The blending is not the best I could not really get the fade in the top right corner of the end of the piccolo right and the same with the bottom. If I blended the corner pics better and warped the hand on the body of the piccolo it would make the photo so much better.

This is a really cool picture! I think if you made the 2 smaller pictures a little more blurry and the main picture brighter it would look better. The effect with the fade is nice but could be better with the top image like you said. Overall it is a nice picture.

Nice picture! The focus of the main object is focused but not as much as the corner images you captured so it takes the attention away a bit. But I like how you added and blended the hand heart silhouette on the piccolo, I actually had thought it was a part of it originally! Overall it is a keeper and an image I would definitely use as a background.

This is a very well put together composite, I wasn't even sure it was a composite until I read the description. The focus on the piccolo is great and the placement of the composited images are amazing. The choice of B&W was a good idea to, I think it makes the silver on the instrument pop and stand out more while also not shying away from the details on your hands. I think the only thing that would make the photo better, like you said, would be better blending on the corner images to make them look as if they belong more. Other than that I think this is overall a phenomenal image.

This is a very cool image. At first, I was like this is only one picture but then I read it include three pictures. It's very well put together. I really like this image. You should hang this somewhere.

The compositing is very nice in this image and I like the neutral tones of the black and white. I think it could be better by blurring the smaller hands but other than that it is very nice. - Jack J HHS
