Zach B - Floating Spirits

This is one of the photos I have worked with for my AP portfolio. Out of every photo I’ve done this entire semester, I would have to say this is my favorite one. I love how well the light strides I made to surround the ape “holds” him up. I placed a blue tint to go over the ape and the worked with the burning and erase tool. I erased the eyes and made the face more intense using the burn tool. The last thing I did to make the photo complete for me was to use long exposure pictures of lights I created. Over all I am very please with how the image came out!

I think this picture came out great! I love the editing technique of the white stripes to hold up the orangutang while the blue tint of the overall photo gives the photo a very sad reality feeling. The burning out of his eyes was a really interesting choice but it really does give the photo a more eerie look, overall great job !

Wow! This photo is super cool! I like the very cool and chill vibe that it gives off. The long exposures of the lights really adds a cool factor to it. I like the blue tint that you used too. Seems like a color that really works well with this image. Good job.

Love the edit man! I really like how the light streaks surround the monkey, and iI know that it was not easy. It really shows your dedication to this project. I really don't think that I would do anything to this photo to make it any better!!

I love this! The way you edited it with the blue tint, light strides, and the lighting in general just gives it the coolest vibe! The details in the editing/picture really show how much time went into this and makes it look so good! Amazing!!

I like this photo because the effects added are really neat. I like the lines around the ape. The subject is nicely in the center and the photo is well balanced. I also like the contrast and the colors used.
