Lauren B- Yellow Kaleidoscope
This image is called Yellow Kaleidoscope because it’s a picture I took of a yellow flower and made it look as though you were seeing it through a kaleidoscope. I edited it by copying the image and rotating it until it looked like all one flower. Then I increased the color and sharpened it a little. I took this picture with my Canon Ti6 back in August, but I edited it for the semester exam and I’m pleased with out it turned out. It could be better if the picture wasn’t quite so dark.

I definitely love how the DOF and focus makes the flower really pop. I like the lighting and contrast, but I'm also interested to see how it would look if it were lighter. I would love to know how you made this. Also, I normally hate yellow pics, but I love this.

I love how this kaleidoscope image still looks very similar to the flower were it not a kaleidoscope. I love how it is centered and the contrast of the bright yellows and the darker green and black background is really pretty. Great picture!

I really like the colors in the photo and how you didn't leave it just a flower. You took it and made it look like a kaleidoscope which is very cool and creative. O like how dramatic it looks and the green in the background. It a very cool photo. The only thing I would change would be to fix up the spots that are off from the surrounding colors...if that makes sense. Other than that, good job and very creative!
I really like this picture and the color is brought to it. I like the yellow if it very soothing and calm color. I like how you sharpened the picture it makes it better. I like the background the black and the green it is very nice to it. The only thing I would change and like the one above said it already is to change the spots surrounding it.
