Alyssa R. -Deception Pass

The title of this image is “Deception Pass” which is the location this was taken at in the state of Washington. This area has this name because the tide is so strong that they take the sips that pass through there and shipwreck them on the island. It was taken with my Canon Rebel and I just placed a contrast filter on it to embrace the details and it made the water seem more blue. It could’ve been taken at a better angle to where everything on the image was evenly placed.

I really like this picture. It looks like something I would see in a magazine. I would darken the sky some so it doesn't look so bright, but other than that its a really good pic.

I love this picture. I really enjoy images of nature and I just love the colors. This shot just looks very pure and it gives you sort of a calmness with just looking at the image. Really nice!

This is a really nice landscape! The exposure is really good and the water is a good color. It would have been cool if you coul have done a longer exposure and blur the water a little.

Nice picture! The depth of field gives a good view of the river and island. The cool color tones work well in the image to give a calm vibe. I like the calm mood because it goes along with the peaceful nature part of the image. Overall, good job!
