MatthewW- "sapphire neon tumbleweeds"

I titled this image “sapphire neon tumbleweeds” because that was the name of the piece of art this person was looking at. This was taken with a nikon d5300 at the ROM in Toronto, ON. I edited on photoshop using levels and played with the colors so I got the right hue of purple to come out of the neon lights. I also used the stamp tool to clean up some distracting lights and colors that weren’t blue. I could have taken this from a different angle so that I was closer to the person viewing the art, but overall I really like this image.

I love the colors in this picture. The black silhouette looks really nice with all the cool tones. I really like neon in pictures and I think you used it well here. There is kind of a distance between you and the subject that kind of gives the picture a weird feeling to it, something about the composition. Other than that, I really like this photo.
