Ben D- Engulfed

The title of this image is “Engulfed” due to the fact that the subject of this photo ins surrounded by vines and dead plants on all sides. I took this photo at an abandoned mine fairly close to Hoover. For this photo, I used my Canon T5i and a fisheye lens to get a really wide field of view. I did a little color work and adjusted the perspective in order to get rid of some of the dramatic barrel distortion.

This is a great picture! The exposure is darker, which I like for the mood of the image. The color range has a large contrast from grey to reds. It really draws attention to the building details. I like this photo for the wide angle effect and color contrast.
