I took the original image of this at lookout mountain. I edited brightness and contrast, curves and vibrance only slightly. I edited the background into multiple sections of colors then added a radial blur to it, to focus on the eagle.

I really like the motion blur in this picture. I like how the focus is on the eagle, but the blur is a bunch of colors. The colors really give the picture a cool feel. I think the image could be better if you cropped a but from the bottom, but overall it is a cool image. -Jordan H. HHS
I liked how you set up the picture, with you putting focus on the eagle, with everything else being motion blur. This results in a very cool photo. It may be better if it had some more saturation to it, but otherwise, it is a good picture.
