Jakelyn R - Hands

I took this picture before i even knew about the hands assignment, but i really love this picture. I took this by downtown Helena railroad. I took this a Canon EOS 60D. I was taking some senior pictures for my friend and she almost fell over and got her hands dirty by the material. For this image it came out really detailed and so what i did was darken it a little bit ad sharpened it a little as well so more details could show. I feel like this could be a lot better if she had a white skirt instead of a black one and i believe that would change the mood of the picture.

I like this picture because of it's naturalness, I don't know if thats word but, i like how your model has finger rings, it give the picture more life and not make it completely plain and stones background blurred in the back is perfect! Great job!

I like this photo. The lower exposure gives the photo a lot more dynamic range. I also like how sharp the photo is. Good photo.

Hey Jakelyn! I really like this photo. The focus is great and I love the small details that make this interesting. The dirt adds character and also I like the rings a lot for some odd reason. They add some more interest. But overall great shot. I usually don't like photos that are centered, but the balance and symmetry in this seems very fitting. Nice work!

This photo is amazing! i love the low exposure and high contrast. the dirt on her hands really adds character to this picture and i love the positioning of her hands, it makes it seem vulnerable. This is great!
