This picture was taken for the HDR assignment. I took this picture in Birmingham on an apartment complex. All the apartments in the area were burned, doors were open and you could see all the damage inside. While taking pictures a little girl driving around her bicycle came up to me and asked me what I was doing and I told her taking pictures for a school photography project. She stared at me into the eyes and just began crying, before I asked what was wrong she drove away.
I do think I probably over edited this HDR but overall the story behind it I think is what makes this image more powerful.

I love this HDR. I think this is a great point of view an the colors make me feel kind of sad. I don't think you over edited.
The HDR effect gives it a great overall feeling and i think this was shot at a great angle. Even the dead trees in the background add more to the sadness.

Wow!! this picture is just too cool!! the lighting is amazing considering how dark it is. i like the subtle colors and al the black within the 'cracks' of the picture. i think if you did lower the HDR just a hair, it would be more realistic, if that's what you're going for but overall its very alluring.

HDR has become one of my favorite ways to edit pictures. I love how this looks! I like how the HDR makes this image look like a really scary scene and brings out so many details in the building and concrete. Good job!
