Haley Y- Fan

I took this picture for the black and white assignment. I found this old fan in my basement I liked how it had a bunch of dust on it. To edit it I made a color layer and colored it brown. Then I made the background more clear. I really liked how this picture turned out.

I like this picture. It has a clear light color. The fan has a nice focus and the color of it I think is just right. I also like how the background it white, it makes the fan stand out more. Good job!

I Love the way the background looks its white but not too bright. and how old and dusty it is. I also love the angle of this. Great Job!

I like how you made this your own monochromatic thing without just using a filter. You took the time to color the layer with the fan and paid attention to the background so it would not distract from the subject. Overall ver nice!

I love how simple this image is. I also like how the fan is dusty, it adds interesting texture. The fact that the background is white keeps the focus on the fan. Good job!

I really like this picture. I like how white the background is and how you can see the duct on the fan. I wouldn't change anything about this picture.

I really like the subject of this picture! The old rustic fan is such a unique thing to take a still life picture of. I like that you choose a white background to make the fan stand out more, but I do wish this picture was taken as a HDR that way it would intensify the rust on the fan making it look even older.
