I took this picture for the HDR project. I used a simple filter in photomatix so it wouldn’t be too strong. In photoshop I changed the picture to black and white then restored the color in the flower. The background I turned the opacity down so that some of the color was restored. I really like how this picture turned out.

I really like this picture. I like how you lowered the opacity on the background so the flower stands out a lot more. If you hadn't done that the background would have overpowered the image. I really like the colors in the flower. Good job Mary!

This is a really pretty picture! I love the colors of the flower and how the background isn't too distracting. I also like how clear the flower is and how fuzzy the background is. Great job!
