Emily B- the Dark Forest

This picture is entitled, The Dark Forest. I took this panorama in The Preserve last weekend. To edit this I boosted the contrast and vibrance and moved the levels around to where I thought it looked best. Then, I felt like it needed a little more to it, so I used a technique called streams of dusty light (AKA: Jesus Light). After I did that, I changed the layer setting to Divide to give this image a dark and mysterious look.

This is a really nice picture! I really like the panorama and the light streaming in through the tress. It really adds something to the picture. Good job!

I really like this picture, it looks mysterious like walking through an Alice and Wonderland forest because the trees are all long and wobbly, very cool

i love this picture! i like the dramatic angle it is taken in and the beams of light coming through the trees are perfect! i do wish though it was more saturated that way you can see more of the shades of red in the picture and it looks more fairy-tail like. love it!

I really like this picture. it looks like someone running through the woods in a vampier movie or something but I really like the shadow from the sunset and how it correlates with the glare you made coming from the trees. I also like the colors in the sky and the trees. Overall this is a very good job!!
