This image is titled “Flowers of the Mountains”. I took it on a trail called Waterrock Knob near Blue Ridge Parkway during the afternoon of July 17th on a camping trip with my dad and brother. It was taken with my iPhone XR and I edited it by making it a bit darker, slightly upping the saturation, and adding a “dramatic” filter on it from the Photos app. I believe it could be better if I had the subject in better focus, but otherwise I’m happy with the photo and I really like how it turned out. The hike itself was also gorgeous and I’d recommend anyone go on the hike if they’re ever in the area.

I love this photograph so much! This photo is so unique with the beautiful flowers and the gloomy sky. This is the perfect spring photo. I don't have any critiques for this image. HHS AG
I like the focus range! The colors are a little muted but I think that works for this image. My main critique would be all the colors seem a little too close to one another and not having too much contrast. Overall though, good picture.

Nice photo! It's cool how the focus is on the plant, while still having that beautiful background. I do think it could be better if the left got cropped of a little bit as it would bring more focus to the subject. BK - HHS
