Caroline S- Interim

The title of my image is Interim and it is a combination of photos, mostly from around the school. The background picture, taking most of the frame, was taken in the courtyard with the outline of the person taken in the studio. However, the yellow leaf was taken in Auburn. The photos taken at the school were on my Nikon D3100, but the one in Auburn was taken on my Nikon Coolpix. I edited it by compositing the photos together and it could be better if I had continued experimenting with different images.

Creative composite with strong layering and contrast. The idea is unique, but it’s a bit grainy and unclear. Overall, a solid concept with good experimentation.

This is a really creative composite image. The layering of the leaf with the background adds depth and makes the photo feel more artistic and unique. I like how you used images from different places, especially the contrast between the school and Auburn. One thing you could improve is clarity, since the image looks a bit grainy and hard to focus on one subject. Overall, it’s a strong concept and shows good experimentation.

Oh my god, I love this phot so much! I love how the photo looks like a painting. I also like the coloring in the photo. I actually like the grainy style, it makes me feel nostalgic for some reason. I wouldn't change anything in this photo. Great, keep taking more!

Wow, I love this image, it's so cool. It kind of looks like you were having some hallucinations while looking at a leaf in a pond.

The lighting is soft, which I think contributes well to the dreamy/surreal feel of the photo. The colors in the photo are both bright but also soft, which adds to the dreamy feel of the photo. I see a dreamy/ surreal mood in this photo.-HHS AG
