The title of this image is “Distance” because I think it shows a longing for connection, but being unable to form it because of physical or emotional distance with another person. It was taken on December 11, 2025 in Mr. Rigsby’s studio with his Canon camera. I edited it by making the blues a little more vibrant and darkening the background a little bit. I also cropped it in a lot to focus more on the emotion. I think it could be better if the movement of the lights in the photo were a little more spread over the image instead of just in the few spots.
