I took a picture of a ticket meter downtown about a week and a half ago. I used a texture layer, brightness and contrast layer and then a hue and saturation layer to edit it.

Really great picture you have there .I would buy this if I saw it at a store. I like how the rusting parts make the middle section contrast. Good job!
