I took this picture of the lower part of ticket meter about three weeks ago while I was parked down near the UAB campus. I merged a picture of grass on top and played with the brightness/contrast layers and photo filter.

i really like the color you made this picture. the dark sepia is my favorite. i like the detail in the grass. It looks like hair! great picture!
