Ella H- Passerby

This photograph is called “Passerby.” I took it using Mr. Rigby's camera. I set up a tripod on one of the benches in the courtyard, positioning the camera to point down on my subject. To create the motion effect, I increased the shutter speed and had multiple people move past my subject as she stayed still. I did many trials with this technique. When editing my picture, I overlaid three of these pictures onto a base photo where I blended them. I also made minor edits to decrease the exposure and contrast and increase the vibrance and saturation. I feel that this photo could have been better if I had photographed it in a different area; I do not particularly like the background of this photograph. However, I am pleased with how the editing and motion effects came out.

I really like this image. It is so unique. I like all of the different things you used to create it - also the message behind it. You did a great job!

This picture is so cool! Nice job. The only thing I would change would be cropping, coloring, and adding in more of the blurred people on the right side. Overall, this is a very good photograph!

I love this photo! The use of shutter speed is so well done, and I love that you blended three separate photos together. It looks seamless! I would have raised the contrast on your model to make her stand out more against the motion blur, but overall amazing job!
