I took this picture last weekend in one of the Ross Bridge trails. I found a gold ball on the ground and decided to get a couple shots of it. I think it turned out pretty well and I like the closeness of the picture. I darkened this picture, added some contrast and sharpened it. I also balanced out the colors.

I love the focus on the ball and the subtle change in color in the background (obviously it was not intentional by you, but the angle makes the color flow well). The texture on the ball and the branch includes great detail.
