The name of this picture is Roadkill. It's of a book my brother Rob made. The book is made of a squirrel hyde, which he hand dyed and bound to the papers. I took this for him so he could document his bookmaking. I like the composition of the book itself, with the tail wrapping around the front. I tried to keep the natural tones because he wanted it to be as close to life as possible. I think it turned out pretty well, but if I could change something, it would be that the top right piece of hyde that is hanging in front of the pages didn't have so much light on them.

i absolutely love this picture William! i love how there is a main focus and how the white back ground contrast well with the book. i wish though that the shadow was little more dark so that it can match the darkershades on the book. love it!

I like the dark colors of the subject and how you used the rule of thirds. The editing looks great and gives it a good look.
