I made this photo for my black and white project and went off on a limb to see what a two face picture would look like. I used baseball stitches that found online and edited to look like stitches down her face. I dodged one side and burned one side. I added another stitch on her cheek and added a line down her face to make it look more believable.

This image is awesome. I love the contrast of the light and dark on her face. It's like you built a female cyborg.
This is such a good picture. It is really well done and doesn't look extremely photoshopped. I love the details of the stitches and the lighting!
