Im embarrassed to say this is my hand. I am 17 and pale. why do my hands look like leather? I took this picture with my macro lens. My hands have some dark paint on my hands. i boosted up the contrast.I also burned the wrinkles and edges to make them stand out more.

I like the texture and details that can be seen in the hands. I think the picture would be better if it wasn't so heavily edited.
I really like the fact that you can see the miniscule details of the hand. The dirt on the hands (I'm assuming it's dirt) makes the hands look beaten. Very cool.
