Savannah F- Run Down

I took this downtown in a run down building I found when exploring aimlessly one day during July. I liked the green glass ion contrast to the rusted metal. Also I like how your attention is drawn to the hook which is in the shadows of the ceiling but still noticeable.

This is a very interesting picture; I’ve always loved photos of abandoned buildings. I love the lighting with the sun filtering through the windows and onto the back wall, it created a wonderful warm effect that makes the barn feel more homely. The only thing I don’t like is there doesn’t seem to be anything that’s the focus of the photo. This isn’t always a bad thing but the lines in this photo just makes your eyes wander and wander and you and it’s hard to find anything but the boring hook in the center to focus on. However, I still really like this photo because of the lighting and warm feel it gives off; it really makes me want to go find an abandoned building to photograph.
